Your first appointment: what should I bring with me?
For Sports or Remedial treatments, it is advisable to wear casual comfortable sportswear because stretching techniques are often used.
It is best to bring any relevant information about any specific areas you may wish to have treated.
Children being treated must be accompanied by a consenting adult.

Appointments can be made to suit your schedule. Please leave enough time to prepare for the session. All treatment times given will include a consultation time relevent to the individual.
