Emmett Therapy / An amazing gentle muscle release technique which addresses pain and discomfort. 

This therapy can also be experienced whilst fully clothed so those who may not want to disrobe, can still enjoy the benefits of pain relief in comfort.

Reiki / A natural healing therapy which is given whilst fully clothed either lying down on a bed or sitting on a chair.  

This treatment is a no contact therapy.

Facials / 60 minute facials include a heavenly upper back, neck & shoulder massage plus 

a reflexology taster whilst the mask is doing its work. 

30 minute facials do not include a back neck and shoulder massage or a reflexology taster.
