Emmett Therapy / An amazing gentle muscle release technique which addresses pain and discomfort. 

This therapy can also be experienced whilst fully clothed.

Reiki / A natural healing therapy which is given whilst fully clothed either lying down on a bed or sitting on a chair.  

This treatment is a no contact therapy.

Facials / 60 minute facials include a heavenly upper back, neck & shoulder massage plus 

a foot massage or reflexology taster whilst the mask is doing its work. 

30 minute facials do not include a back neck and shoulder massage or a foot massage/reflexology taster.
